1) Scope & Acceptance

These Terms govern purchases, bookings, and services provided by Jayathissa Lanka Enterprises (PVT) LTD (“we”, “us”). By placing an order, booking transport, or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms.

2) Sales & Warranty

• Products carry manufacturer/shop warranty as stated on the invoice.
• Returns for unopened items within 7 days unless noted otherwise.
• Software/configuration issues are excluded from hardware warranty.

3) Repairs & Data

• You should back up your data prior to repair; we are not liable for data loss.
• Diagnostic fees may apply if repair is declined or beyond economical repair.
• Success rates for liquid/board damage cannot be guaranteed.

4) Transport (Express)

• Bookings are confirmed upon advance payment. Cancellation fees may apply based on notice period.
• Passengers must follow safety guidelines and crew instructions.
• Delays due to traffic, weather, or force majeure are outside our control.

5) Academy

• Course schedules may shift subject to minimum enrollment.
• Certificates issued upon meeting attendance and assessment requirements.

6) Payments

• Accepted methods: VISA/Mastercard, bank & online transfers, cash/LankaQR, and cheque (selected customers).
• Late payments on contracts may incur administrative fees.

7) Quotes & Pricing

• Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise noted.
• Prices may vary due to exchange rates or supplier changes.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.
