1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the websites, shops, and services of Jayathissa Lanka Enterprises (PVT) Ltd (“JCC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

JCC operates multiple business divisions covering technology, retail, wholesale, logistics, agro, payments, and related services. Product availability, pricing, and service coverage may vary by division and location across Sri Lanka.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability
  • Prices and offers may change without prior notice unless already confirmed
  • Payment must be completed through approved methods for your order to be processed
  • We may cancel or refuse an order in cases of pricing error, fraud risk, or stock issues

4. Delivery & Collection

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, traffic, or partner schedules. Risk in goods generally passes on delivery or collection, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Returns, Repairs & Warranties

Return, exchange, and warranty terms depend on the product and division. Electronic goods, grocery, fashion, and service items may each follow different policies. Please contact the relevant division for assistance. Warranty support may require proof of purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse our websites, accounts, payment tools, or customer services
  • Attempt unauthorised access to systems, data, or other users’ accounts
  • Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information
  • Interfere with the operation or security of our platforms

All logos, brand names, website content, and materials associated with JCC and its divisions remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JCC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is generally limited to the amount paid for that purchase.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our websites or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka, unless otherwise required by law.
